Well, this was inevitable. I was hoping that it wouldn't be so soon, but hey, I'm human. So basically, it all went downhill when I hosted a party and ate sugar. Then, I dropped off the wagon for the calorie counting and no-sugar rule until today. This accounts for days 6-9. I will say though that I have kept up very well with the devotions, Scripture reading, workouts, water, and Daily Mass. That's definitely not nothing. I am not sure about the diet aspects moving forward. I think I want to do low-sugar and calorie tracking. Here's to hoping that the next update will be better!
